MEET OUR
General Manager
Dean comes to Blue Haven with expertise in Finance and Business Operations and a background in the financial services, manufacturing, construction and the real estate industry. His expertise includes data analysis, strategic planning, project managing, construction management.
Designer/Salesman
Patrick's design passion started in high school with landscape maintenance, leading to Forestry/Landscape and Horticulture/Landscape Design degrees. Over 11 years, he refined his skills with top firms before joining Blue Haven Pools in 2011, where he excels in crafting pools, spas, and water features. Beyond work, Pat's a committed dad, basketball coach, and outdoor lover, enjoying golf, hiking, trout fishing, and cheering on the St. Louis Blues.
Designer/Salesman
Don's career took off in the Air Force before transitioning to sales, where he excelled in sales and design at Blue Haven since 2019. Known for his dedication, attention to detail, and customer-first approach, Don ensures satisfaction from beginning to end. Outside work, he cherishes time with his three daughters and pursues passions in youth work, sports, and hunting.
Designer/Salesman
Aaron Trudo's passion for pools, starting in childhood, now enriches our team with his extensive knowledge and experience. His hands-on background affords him a unique advantage. Outside work, Aaron coaches youth football, engages in seminars, and treasures family time. Together with his wife Jackie, they have four children and recently celebrated the arrival of their newborn son.
