Service Plans
Plan A
One service visit per week. Test and treat water, Skimmer & pump baskets emptied. Skim the surface of the water; inspect all the equipment, clean cartridges, and filters once a month. Additional charge or chemicals needed. It can use customer's chemicals.
Plan B
Once Service visit per week. Same as Plan A plus the following. Vacuum pool interior, brush walls, steps and benches. All chemical additions are included. It does not include chlorine tabs or specialty chemicals.
Plan C
One service visit is per week. For the pool and spa combo's. Same as Plan A plus the following, test and treat spa water, clean waterline tile, remove debris, c lean cover on spa. Additional charge for chemicals needed.(Add $20 to this plan to include vacuum pool interior, brush walls, steps and benches and include chemicals).
Plan D
Two service visit per week. One service visit will be a Plan A stop and one service visit will be a Plan B stop.
Plan E
One visit is per month. Test and treat water. Skimmer & pump baskets emptied. Skim the surface of the water. Inspect equipment. Clean cartridge filters.
*Service Charge rate is $69.00
*Labor is $98.00 per hour

Winter Pool Maintenance:
Plan A - $ 55.00
For pools with mesh covers. Drain ran water out of pool. Add chemicals as needed. Check on pool equipment, Skimmers. Adjust cover as needed.
Plan B - $ 110.00
For pools with solid covers. Includes Plan plus drain rain water from pool cover. Clean leaves and debris from cover.
